3. Payment

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Pakistan: Free shipping on all orders. Delivery takes 4-7 business days for local products and 10-20 business days for imported products.
• International: Customers must pay for shipping. Delivery takes 15-25 business days (excluding customs delays).
• Any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Clearance or personalized items cannot be returned.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
• Refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processed, they cannot be canceled.

• All designs, logos, images, and content on Thunder of Grace are the property of our brand and cannot be used or reproduced without permission.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
• Thunder of Grace is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers.
