Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Timeframes

  • Pakistan:

    • Local products: 4-7 business days
    • Imported products: 10-20 business days
    • Free shipping across Pakistan

  • International Orders:

    • Delivery takes 15-25 business days (excluding customs delays).
    • International customers must pay for shipping, calculated at checkout.
    • Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
2. Order Processing
    • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
3. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Clearance sale items
    • Personalized/custom-made products

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
3. Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit or back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
